Xero Smart Services Pvt Ltd is instituting a donation refund policy for their website/portal called bharatkengo.com (Bharat Ke NGO), (hereinafter referred to as "Bharat Ke NGO" "Company" "We", "Us" or "Our") to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. Bharat Ke NGO expects that all NGOs will exercise due care and diligence while making donations.

We also recognize that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind. We will examine each received request for a refund of donation from Donors.

Refund process:

• Bharat Ke NGO will receive donation refund requests received from donors.

• After carefully examining, we will forward request details to the NGO.

• NGO should make a refund to Company's Bank account/UPI or any available medium.

• We will further process the sending of refund to the donor.

• A confirmation receipt will be provided to you once the refund completes.

What we expect from NGOs:

• The refund should be processed within 7 days from receiving the request from us.

• Informing of any misinformation of refund request.

• Though we will examine carefully, NGOs should double-check if a refund was previously made or not.

• In case the refund request is due to NGO's error or misconduct, they should issue the refund immediately upon receiving the request and notify Bharat Ke NGO.

• NGOs are expected to maintain proper records of all refunds issued and provide necessary documentation upon request. This includes transaction IDs, refund amounts, and dates of refund.

• NGOs are responsible for any transaction fees associated with the refund process. The refunded amount should be the full donation amount, and the NGO should cover any associated fees.

• In case of non-availability of sufficient funds in the NGO's account, they are responsible for reimbursing Bharat Ke NGO promptly to ensure the completion of the refund process.

Kindly note all decisions of us in this regard will be final and binding on the NGO.
