By accessing or using our platform, users agree to abide by these Terms and any applicable policies or guidelines. It is important to read these Terms carefully before using bharatkengo.com. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you should not access or use our platform. bharatkengo.com reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Registration process

  1. NGO Name:

    The full legal name of the NGO must be provided. This ensures that the profile accurately represents the organization.

  2. NGO Darpan ID:

    The NGO Darpan ID is a unique identification number issued by the Indian government's NGO Darpan portal. This ID helps verify the authenticity of the NGO and its registration status.

  3. UPI ID or Bank Account Number:

    NGOs must provide either a Unified Payments Interface (UPI) ID or a bank account number. This information is crucial for donation transactions and ensures that funds are directed to the correct account.

  4. Mobile Number:

    A valid mobile number associated with the NGO is required for communication and verification purposes. This number may be used to send verification codes or important notifications regarding the NGO's profile.

  5. Additional Information (Optional):

    While not mandatory, NGOs may choose to provide additional details such as:

    • Contact person's name and email address
    • NGO's official website URL
    • Brief description of the NGO's mission and activities
  6. Documentation:

    Depending on the jurisdiction and specific requirements, NGOs may be asked to upload supporting documents such as:

    • Registration certificate
    • PAN card
    • Address proof
    • Memorandum of Association (MOA) or Trust Deed
  7. Accuracy and Completeness:

    It is essential that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays in profile approval or rejection.

  8. Verification Process:

    Once the required information is submitted, bharatkengo.com's verification team will review the details to ensure their accuracy and authenticity.

    Verification may involve cross-referencing the information provided with official records and databases to confirm the NGO's legitimacy and registration status.

  9. Communication:

    NGOs should ensure that the provided mobile number is accessible and actively monitored, as communication regarding profile approval status and any additional requirements will be sent to this number.

  10. Confidentiality:

    bharatkengo.com respects the confidentiality of the information provided by NGOs during the registration process. Personal and sensitive information will be handled securely and used only for verification and communication purposes related to the NGO's profile.

Profile Approval

  1. Submission of Details

    Once an NGO submits its registration details, bharatkengo.com initiates the profile approval process.

    The NGO must provide accurate and verifiable information, including NGO name, NGO Darpan ID, UPI ID or bank account number, and mobile number.

  2. Verification Process

    Our team verifies the submitted details to ensure their accuracy and authenticity.

    Verification may take up to 3 days, during which the NGO's profile remains under review.

  3. Criteria for Approval

    Profiles are subject to approval based on compliance with bharatkengo.com's terms of service and content guidelines.

    Profiles must adhere to ethical standards and reflect the NGO's genuine activities and objectives.

  4. Reasons for Rejection

    Profiles may be rejected if the provided information is inaccurate, incomplete, or fails to meet our criteria for approval.

    Rejection may also occur if the UPI ID provided is invalid or not associated with the NGO's bank account.

  5. Notification

    Upon completion of the verification process, NGOs will be notified of the status of their profile approval.

    If approved, NGOs will receive access to the platform's features and services. If rejected, NGOs will be informed of the reason for rejection.

  6. Appeal Process

    In the event of profile rejection, NGOs have the option to appeal the decision by providing additional information or correcting inaccuracies.

    Appeals are reviewed by our team, and a final decision will be communicated to the NGO.

  7. Resubmission

    NGOs whose profiles are rejected may resubmit their details for approval after addressing the reasons for rejection.

    Resubmitted profiles undergo the same verification process as initial submissions.

  8. Continuous Compliance

    Approved profiles are expected to maintain compliance with bharatkengo.com's terms of service and content guidelines.

    Failure to comply may result in profile deactivation or other disciplinary actions as outlined in the terms of service.

Pricing and Plan

  1. NGO Plan

    Price: ₹199/- per month

    The NGO plan is required to keep an active profile on the platform.

    The subscription fee is charged monthly and manually renewed unless canceled.

    Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  2. Special Offers

    We may offer 100% cash back or a free 1-month extension to NGOs who maintain and update their profiles regularly.

    To avail of the special offers, NGOs must meet specific criteria outlined by bharatkengo.com.

  3. Profile Deactivation

    If the subscription is not renewed, profiles will be deactivated.

    Deactivation occurs one month and five days from the date of joining.

    Deactivated profiles will not be visible to donors and will lose access to platform features.

  4. Plan Revision

    NGOs can revise their plan at any time by accessing the "Revise Plan" section in their account settings.

    Plan revisions may include upgrading, downgrading, or canceling the subscription.

  5. Payment Terms

    Payment for the NGO plan is accepted through secure online payment methods provided by bharatkengo.com.

    Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Suspension of Account

  1. Temporary or Permanent Suspension

    In cases of policy violations, misuse of the platform, or failure to comply with the terms of service, bharatkengo.com may suspend user accounts either temporarily or permanently. This action is taken to maintain the integrity of the platform and ensure a safe and transparent environment for all users.

  2. Reasons for Suspension

    Accounts may be suspended for various reasons, including but not limited to:

    • Providing inaccurate or misleading information during registration or profile creation.
    • Failing to confirm received donations in a timely manner, as outlined in the terms of service.
    • Misusing the profile QR code, such as sharing it with unauthorized individuals or using it for fraudulent purposes.
    • Engaging in fraudulent activities, including soliciting donations for non-existent NGOs or deceptive practices.
    • Violating the content guidelines or terms of service, such as posting inappropriate or misleading content on the platform.
    • Attempting to hack or disrupt the operation of the platform or violating the intellectual property rights of bharatkengo.com or any third party.
  3. Notification of Suspension

    Users will be notified via email or through the platform's messaging system if their account is suspended. The notification will include the reason for the suspension and any necessary steps to resolve the issue.

  4. Appeal Process

    If a user believes their account has been suspended unfairly, they may appeal the decision by contacting bharatkengo.com's support team. The appeal will be reviewed, and if the suspension is found to be unwarranted, the account may be reinstated.

  5. Temporary Suspension

    In cases where the violation is minor or unintentional, bharatkengo.com may impose a temporary suspension as a warning. During this period, the user may not have access to certain platform features or services.

  6. Permanent Suspension

    In severe cases of policy violations or repeated offenses, bharatkengo.com may impose a permanent suspension, resulting in the permanent deactivation of the user's account. Permanent suspension may occur without prior warning if deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

  7. Legal Action

    In cases of serious misconduct or fraudulent activities, bharatkengo.com reserves the right to take legal action against the offending user. This may include pursuing civil or criminal charges as deemed appropriate.

  8. Reinstatement

    Accounts that have been suspended may be reinstated at the discretion of bharatkengo.com, upon resolution of the underlying issues and assurance of future compliance with the terms of service.

Terms of Use of Services

  1. Valid Information

    Users of bharatkengo.com are bound to provide accurate and valid information during the registration process and throughout their usage of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, NGO name, NGO Darpan ID, UPI ID or bank account number, and contact details. Any misrepresentation of information may result in profile rejection, deactivation, or other disciplinary actions.

  2. Confirmation of Received Donations

    NGOs are bound to confirm the receipt of donations in a timely manner through the platform. Failure to confirm received donations within a reasonable timeframe may impact the trust and credibility of the NGO and could result in sanctions, including temporary suspension of profile privileges.

  3. Misuse of Profile QR Code

    NGOs are strictly prohibited from misuse of their profile QR code, which includes but is not limited to:

    • Sharing the QR code with unauthorized individuals or entities.
    • Using the QR code for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
    • Manipulating the QR code to redirect users to malicious websites or services.

    Any misuse of the profile QR code may result in immediate profile deactivation and further legal action as deemed necessary.

  4. Misuse of Any Other Service

    Users are prohibited from the misuse of any other service provided by bharatkengo.com. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Posting inappropriate or misleading content on the platform.
    • Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as soliciting donations for non-existent NGOs or fraudulent purposes.
    • Attempting to hack or disrupt the operation of the platform.
    • Violating the intellectual property rights of bharatkengo.com or any third party.

    Any misuse of services may result in the termination of the user's account and legal action as deemed necessary by bharatkengo.com.
